Trusting the Lord will keep our life, let us pray:
For when we clearly see your mighty hand providing for us, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when we don’t know the next faithful step to take, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when what’s around us seems too frightening, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when our worry outweighs our trust, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when we wonder if goodness is stronger than evil, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when we think you have forgotten us, keep us as your own, Lord.
For when we rely on our own understanding, keep us as your own, Lord.
God is our help and keeps our lives. There is no moment we are not in God’s care. O God, give us faith enough to trust in your presence and in your promise. Amen.
