Pray for those struggling with doubt and temptation. Ask God to bless them with assurance and strength. Pray that our church makes disciples of Jesus Christ.

Take time to memorize this 1 Bible verse:
If our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire and out of your hand, O king, let him deliver us.
-Daniel 3:17

Good Friends Need Good Friends

This was the second sermon in our series “The Art of Friendship.”

It would have been horrible to skip the relationship between Naomi and Ruth. Americans are lonely. Some of it is a part of what can happen in life. Some of it is our own doing.

So, what can the church do to offer God’s healing to lonely people?

You make the call

This was the first message in this year’s Summer Sermon Series. The series is called The Art of Friendship.

Is reconnecting with old friends awkward and uncomfortable to you? Don’t worry, research says you’re not alone in feeling that way. But don’t underestimate what reaching out can do for someone else.
