The first time I heard this song was on my way home from New Mexico.  It was a bus full of teenagers who had just finished summer camp.  I say “just,” but it was actually a 15-hour trip.  As I was trying to get some rest, Brittani told me to listen to her Ipod.  She had just heard Almighty God. I’m late.  I know. I know. It’s Wednesday, and I’m posting Music Monday.  If it makes you feel better, I planned to post this on Monday, but forgot.  Yea, I know, that’s so unlike me to forget anything. Our Chancel Choir hosted their annual Christmas Cantata this weekend.  It’s always a blessing to hear the Christmas story told with music.  I’m grateful for the people that spent many months preparing for this year’s event.
